What do the different db ratings mean?

The amount of sound produced by the kits were measured before and after using a decibel meter, the db rating is the amount over stock. The eliminator its were rated off of the 3 pass muffler that comes on a 300c and the early magnums and a few of the first chargers. The resonated kits were rated from the straight thru muffler found on the later Chargers and Magnums.

On the resonated kits, how muck power increase is there to be had. I'm leaning toward the 4db or 6db kit. Also, what's the main difference in the SSR & DW tips?

Dave, I have never done any had any dyno testing done so no exact numbers to throw at you, the gains will be minor.
Style difference between the tips.

Would you happen to know if the kit will work in place of the Magnaflow tailpipes without much fabrication?

Can't say how much fabricating it would take to make them fit.
