seems like some old men don't know the meaning of RED LIGHTS.. and they turn

Just smashed a Hyundai Elantra this afternoon... was going 45mph and someone coming the other way decided to turn at an intersection... on the red light.. the result:

The engine is and mechanical parts seems all ok, suspension too Id guest... I was hearing pressure leak coming from one of my radiator hose, so the car stalled once (vaccum leak I guess?) but restarted on the first time, I parked it at a Mitsubishi dealer for the night... I dont even think my rad is fried..

Hope the fenders are okay too, just had em rolled/pulled 5 days ago.

At first sight, I think I just need:

a hood, a bumper, one headlight (one is cracked open, the driver one is fine), both fender liners and the metal bar behind the bumper..

Is there anything I should double check before bringing it home after body repairs? I had no code except for a P0038 I already had before (need to change my 1/2 o2 sensor).

Those care are REALLY built like tanks, and thanks God, airbags didn't come out!!!

Other guy's insurance will cover everything, its the perfect time to have my VIP lip installed as well as custom painted black grill and color matched bumper inserts!

    STILL SUCKS THOUGH!!

    Have a good one,

Thanks alot guys and Erik, you're right!! I had to change it plus I was tired of the chrome Grip, actually I don't even know what I was thinking when I bought it lol! A OEM base grill with center painted flat black will take its place, plus your black fogs and soon-to-be-black headlight housing!!

Erik have you found - by any chance- your metal sheet eyelids? I will have some welded on my hood at the same time... If so, I would buy em from you!

If it's like my Charger, have them closely check the rad support as it's plastic and you may not see cracks in it at first sight as mine cracked right behind and above the headlight housing when I had a side impact that didn't crumple anything but resulted in bad scuffs and paint damage to the fender, it popped the headlight and cracked the rad support. I think that part alone was $500 or so ...

    Good luck with it!!

I see an SRT front Bumper, New Grille, New Headlights, New Hood all in your future....if you have a good relationship with the body shop you will be using tell them what you want before parts are ordered, I would have them replace the fenders and roll/pull them before paint (they may look straight now until you put a new bumper and hood on there). Glad everyone is ok, but now let the insurance company pay for your new look...or at least for most of it.
