    Nice!
I love the 79/80 Malibus, wagons, and El Caminos!
Might I suggest some chrome wheel opening moldings?

    nothing against you jon but...

I will never put the chrome back on this car...

It had the rocker chrome on there and I took it off as there is a small surface rust spot starting behind where that was. only bad part about taking chrome off these cars is you are left with holes in the doors and studs on the rockers... o well

no chrome or moldings for me

    thanks tim!!!

Hey Ryan on a scale of 1 to 10 is it difficult to clay bar? My friends keep asking if I'm ever going to try it (cause there to afraid to do it themselves first). I've been wanting to give it a try, I got a car show Sunday to go to and Wednesday looks like it'll finally be clear of rain. Probably a stupid question but do I have to wash the car before I clay?

ron every time before I have clayed I have washed the car with dawn dish soap... cleans it up extra nice and removes more then regular car soap does.

claying is very easy... just get a clay kit... (several brands out there) it comes with clay and the spray detailer.

spray a area... then rub the clay over that area keeping the area (and clay) to be clayed wet with detailer.

just takes patients as it take a bit of time to do the whole car maybe a 2-3.. 10 be most difficult

Thanks Ryan, I'll give it a try. BTW this weekend it was 70 degrees, it's snowing right now.
