Smile Early Spring in the Sandia Mountains with the Magnum

I had some time and a break in the weather Saturday (high winds and cloudy skies..... still had some smoke due to forest fires in the Manzano mountains) to be able to shoot some pics in the Sandia Mountains, there is some snow on the ground, about 36 degrees.... without the wind blowing too hard, it was pretty nice.
Some of the areas were still closed due to ice, now I have an excuse to go back and shoot some more pics with late spring foliage
    Hope you enjoy these shots,
    Dave

So you worked the ski area...cool, very fun place to be.
I had a friend that was a tram operator and maintenance, and also when he could was ski patrol, man he was a good skier & boarder.
He lived for the winter, was always ready to go play in the snow...lol
I use to hike quite a bit, always loved the trail between the crest and the restaurant/tram.
Glad you liked the pics, and the mountains are some good memories, when your back here give me a shout.
