    since forever. Chrysler 300CSRT8 is the name of the car. It's not a 300SRT8. It's a CSRT8. 300 is the car. C is the trim level and SRT is the special division that made it. 8 is the number of cylinders. 300 is the only of these vehicles that has the trim level in it because the 300 is different (visually and mechanically) between the C and other models. The Charger R/T looks like the base (sans foglights and wheels). Same with the Challenger, Magnum, Grand Cherokee, Neon, Viper, Crossfire (who gets a stationary wing), and Ram. Hence none of them have trim levels in their description.

    Then what the **** do you call a charger srt8?

    If a magnum is a msrt8, and a grand cherokee is a gcsrt8 then a csrt8 would be a charger.

    ^ no 300 is the model. "C" dictates the trim and engine size. 300 SRT8
