Sunroof Issue
Anyone have any tips for what the problem may be. On thursday I noticed my sunroof would not vent properly.
It will close and open though. After taking a look at it from outside I noticed that the back end is not flush with the roof anymore, like it is stuck in the down position before it goes back flush with the roofline when you push the vent button. I
went to a local speed shop today and they found a tech bulletin that said it may lose calibration. They tried the fix but were unable to fix the issue. The next fix they had was to come back later and they will go more in depth. Nothing jammed in the track or any electrical issues that they could see (short, etc...). No rain is abel to get inside car, but sunroof happens to have enough of an incline that water can get in where it slides back into roof so cover with a trash bag at night to keep rain out.
If local shop is unable to find issue looks like i will have to make a trip to dealer to see if they can resolve. If any one has any tips or ideas, that would be greatly appreciated.

there is a fix issue, you need 2 people to do it. I know you have to open the sunroof when the other person pulls fuse #44 ( i think ,ill chekc and post to make sure) and then plug it back in. You need to pull the fuse while the sunroof is in motion, and once you plug it back in, close and open the sunroof, then close it and it should be good. Same thing happened to me and this fixed it in about 3 minutes.

Just to be on the safe side, I would say put it back to stock (unless you need the tune in order to drive the car...cam/supercharger).
We have a very good relationship with our dealer, so when we take it in we just stress "Don't update ANYTHING!" and they don't, but not everyone has this relationship.
