    Pedal Install

    Hey Guys & Gals,

I did this mod for the second time, over a year ago, but it was so easy, I figured I would share in case anyone was thinking of a nice, easy, interior mod that looks great:

I found "neondials" on ebay selling the SRT logo full set for $89.99 back in March of 2007.

    Stock Pedals

    SRT Pedals

The install was pretty easy, especially since this was my second time. There were some tedious parts though.

Start with the brake pedal since that is the most difficult and the rest are a snap. The brake pedal is the only pedal that you need to drill through metal.

Remove the rubber Brake pedal cover and dispose of it! This was really difficult to get off of my 300C but popped right off on my SRT8. Then line up the new pedals with the old pedals and poke some "presto white out" through the screw openings of the new pedals, to mark off your drill points.

I first used a hammer and awl to start my drill points.
I then used a 1/16" drill bit to make the holes.
Followed by a 7/64" drill bit once I new the holes were where I wanted them.

You will also need an 8/32nds allen key & Phillipshead screw driver to fasten the screws.

The other 2 pedals and the Dead pedal are a snap!

    That's it! You're done!
