What: Imagine 30-40 (maybe even 50) late model Chrysler/Dodge LX and Jeeps getting together for breakfast, then a winding cruise through New Hampshire's most scenic roads, the Kancamagus Highway, to a catered BBQ and ending with a sunset ride to the top of the highest peak in the Northeast - Mount Washington.

Where: Starting in Lincoln N.H., over to the Mt Washington Auto Road and ending in Gorham, N.H.

When: July 18 - 20

Agenda: Friday afternoon/evening gather at the Woodward Hotel. For those that arrive earlythere is a restaurant/lounge available for food and beverages of your choice. Saturday morning there will also be breakfast available.

Fri. night reservations: Woodwards Resort, 527 US Route 3, Lincoln, N.H. aka 527 Daniel Webster Hwy Lincoln, NH 03251The contact person for Woodwards was Jody Nelson. Anyone at the front desk can help. Toll free # is 800-635-8968. The rate here is $116.00. They also have the meal plan for $32.00 which includes dinner and breakfast. This includes tax and gratuity. The meal plan fee is seperate from the room rate and can be taken care of at check-in. Check in is 2, checkout is 11. The reservation code will be NEMC or New England Mopar Club. Unclaimed rooms will be released on June 15th as Jody said it is a busy time for them and this will give them time to have the rooms available. Sat. reservations: The fees for the Mt Washington Autoroad are being accepted through PayPal on the Meet & GREET website (please make sure to include screen name). Prices for the Autoroad and BBQ are as follows:
Autoroad Tour: $25.30 for Adults and $12.60 for children (ages 5-12)
BBQ: $17.83 for Adults and $12.91 for children (includes tax and tips)
BBQ menu consists of : Boneless Chicken, Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers
Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Potato Chips
Brownie with Ice cream and Chocolate Sauce or Strawberry Shortcake
Soda, Water, Coffee and Tea
Totals for both the tour and BBQ will be $45.00 per adult and 27.00 per child. (includes PayPal service charge)

Sat. night reservations: Town & Country Motor Inn, 20 State Rt. 2 Shelburne, N.H.
The contact person is Scott Labnon but anyone at the front desk can help. The toll free # is 800-325-4386. The rate is $92.00 + tax plus a $6.00 charge for additional people in the same room over twelve. The reservation code will be NEMC or New England Mopar Club. People will be given a confirmation #. They will have a band and a DJ that night, the 19th. Any unclaimed rooms will be released on July 1st.
