Idea for a meeting

Well I have an idea for a meeting for either sometime in Aug or Sept. Tell me what you think of this. My sister-n-lay owns Linguines Italian Eatery,http://www.ilovelinguines.com/ in Marlboro, MA Easy off and on from 495. The food here is great and they serve beer and wine. Hotels are across the street for those that want to spend the night. Since all our meet n greets are either in NH VT or CT Most of the east part of MA gets left out, not that you guys dont like to drive. I know Mark is having his pool party early Aug and the C4CII is End of Aug, This gives us another weekend, some great food, and some fun.

And Can you believe they are actually Italians that own and cook in the restaurants. Give or take a few mexicans. LOL

All jokes aside. It is a good family oriented restaurant and if you love spicy and you like seafood they have a great dish. Lobster tail Diablo with penne pasta. MMM MMM Good!!!

Count me in also. The only dates that I believe that need to be mentioned here are Bipto's BBQ/Racing on Sept. 13/14, and I believe the next weekend, 9/19-9/21, is a points event at E Town. Please correct me if I am wrong on that one. Last weekend in August, first weekend in SEpt. looks to be the best unless you want the end of Sept. Best thing to do Jose is pick one of those days and post it up. Like I said though, count me in.

I like the idea of the get together but totally DISAGREE on the guys from the East / Boston being left out. We have made MULTIPLE efforts to include them and none show up. Sorry if this sounds callous but I dont want to ever hear one ounce of whine from any Boston area guy/gal. MANY OF US from Western Mass and CT area drive over an hour for M&G's all over New England and IN BOSTON, when they start showing up I'll stop calling them out on their poor attendance, and yes it is a sore subject with me

I may have used the wrong wordage. I apologize. I haven't been with you guys long enough to know the true details of everything. I was just trying to make a centralized location for everything and Marlboro seems to be a likely spot.

Sounds like a plan to me and Tom your right there are alot of guys/gals out towards the Boston area that never show up to m&g's. Even one's in their own back yard.

I dont want this to turn into a "Bash the Boston" guys thread. Was just trying ot point out we are New England Mopar Club. not "New England (except Boston) Mopar Club".

Yes, everyone has lives, yes not everyone can make every event, but you Boston guys need to let us know what needs to be done to get you to attend events.
