First off, should have just went to Rob at Wretched, I've place a ton of order's directly with him over the last year and have not had one issue, Fast service and just a great guy to deal with.
The only time I did have an issue is when there factory was moving and that was not pleasant.Meech and Rob@WretchedMS like this.

It still didn't turn out right in the end with pedders. They still missed parts in my order that had to be shipped out after the fact so more delays, and then NEVER provided the 20% discount on the parts like they said they would, and DIDN'T subtract all the associated shipping costs either.
VERY disappointed & I'll still NEVER buy, support, endorse or recommend pedders products to my customers, contacts or friends EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However, I've read and heard nothing but great things about Rob @ WMS, so his customers would be well taken care of every step of the way.
