hey guys, for the heavy duty bolts - (PDUSALXBOLTKIT), it says these are used for the rear upper control arm and radius rod arm. I bought one bolt kit, but now as I'm looking at this, it would appear that you need to order two complete bolt kits in order to have 4 bolts to do both arms on both sides. Is that correct, or am I misunderstanding something?
The packages listed for the LX cars on the Pedders website only include one bolt kit (2 bolts) - so if only one kit is used, which arms are they used on? upper control arm or radius rod arm?
thanks

I think those bolts are for the upper control arms that have the adjustable bushings installed. I think they are so the bolts can be tightened up a bit more, to keep the eccentric inner sleeves from rotating under load.
Thanks, but both the upper control arms and the radius rod arms use the adjustable eccentric bushings, so I'm still kinda at the same dilemma.
Guess I'll just try to call Pedders and hope they answer the phone.
The bolt package was specifically designed for the outer upper rear control arm. There were repeated issues of this bolt breaking and the nuts coming loose.
Now the only eccentrics in the back end are found on the upper control arm and the inner tie rod. There should not be an eccentric on the trailing arms

And just to confirm - you're talking about the arm marked #1 in this pic, correct?
