    Fuel pressure gauge

Can I hook up both boost and fuel pressure at the same time? I don't want to use a switch. Can I hook up the boost sensor to the yellow, orange, and brown wire on the Zt-2 and then hook the fuel pressure sensor to the blue, orange, and brown?

The only way I have seen to do this is to use a switch.

2009, I should do the trade in for the 2010....

    Here's what zeitronix said:

Yes you can connect two pressure sensors at the same time:
Boost - yellow, orange, brown wires
Fuel Pressure - yellow, blue, and brown wires

Yellow is power, brown is ground for both sensors. Orange is the boost input and blue is the User input. This setup would be for a 2009/earlier model Zt-2 and would show Fuel pressure on the PC software on the User1 input.

For the new 2010 model Zt-2 there is a second User2 input which is configurable allowing the value to be shown on the LCD or ZR-2 multigauge as a Fuel Pressure value.

More information on the differences between the 2009/earlier model Zt-2 and the 2010 model can be found here: http://www.zeitronix.com/questions/C...bility2010.htm

    Then I asked:

Can I still use my unit?

    Hello,

If you have a Zt-2 model 2010 you can connect both at the same time. The User2 input can be used for the fuel pressure readings. This reading will be displayed in the software and on the LCD or ZR-2 displays.

If you have a 2009/earlier model you can connected it to the User1 input and show the values as a fuel pressure using the current software (http://www.zeitronix.com/zdl/). You cannot show both boost and fuel pressure on the LCD or ZR-2 display.

    Best regards,
    Marc Berretta

Correct!! Yeah....that's why I was asking what year brain you had....the 2010 has some sweet features! I'm still running the 2009 in my car....but I just ordered the 2010 for my buddies build. No biggy....you really only need the F-pres when tuning.....I have mechanical guages on both fuel rails and the fuel pressure regulator.....for spot checks.
