That looks like it'll fit the Charger's without any cutting of the hood vents. Also looks like a better option for guys with 5.7's that don't want to give up the engine cover. Nice find! Pricey though.

Wow. A better mousetrap, maybe. What about those rear mounting points? Whats in there now or are you drilling?

Yeah, rear mounting points are for a point of concern for sure. And at 3 bills, its more than I'd pay for one.

Trouble is, it seems as if the other brace many of us have is no longer being made. BMC has the last ones out there. So if you want a brace... this is it.

Also my brace is a point of concern if I want to put phenolic spacers on the 6.1 manifold going onto my stroker. May not be enough space. This would solve that problem for me. But if I had my druthers I'd leave the thing alone.

    Matt,
Threre won't be enough space with the 6.1 manifold and spacers. I just tried mine on Friday night. Not to worry though. 2 San Diego members are working on a solution next weekend. I'll let you know more once I do.

Well then, thats that. This bar is It.

I wonder if we can talk them into making another rear bar? I have never forgiven myself for not getting one while they were available.

1fast4dr, you're going by there next week. Can you ask for us all?

We're working on copying and producing my custom rear strut brace too.
I'll know more details in a week or so.

Front and rear braces? Am I reading correctly? I'd buy those too if so.

I'm looking at just getting the above strut bar to try it out and see how it fits.

    I'll miss you big brother!

I like, especially if I can keep my engine cover on.
    Rest In Peace Ron...
