    The Other Other Women

I'm always talking about my other... other women so after taking her out today for a good nice run figured I would snap a few pictures and show her off just a little bit. I bought her almost 9 years ago from the estate of her recently passed away original owner who had just died in his upper eighties. He bought her new and never mod'd anything, nothing at all even still had the original AM radio. He went legally blind a few years after getting her and ended up garaging it with his helper taking her out for errands every so often over the next 20 years. I also understand from his family He would often go out and sit in his car and was always cleaning and maintaining it (sound familar, Steve?)

When I got the car it had 11300 miles! Yes, 11300 miles! It now has about 12400, thats about 3000 miles less then my 2006 Charger. Anyway check my other..other Women out! She's a 1972 Ford Mustang Coupe with a 302 2V V8 engine, Ivy Glow paint, all original except the floor mats, and maintaince items, plugs, filters, etc...The spare has never been taken out or used It's still holding its 1972 air!

The only bad thing about this car, is with it being original and with such low miles. I'm crazy about keeping it safe and not putting miles on it, kind of limits things you can do. But thats what I got my Daytona for playing...Here's a few other shots from different angles.

Nice ride. I remember my uncle had one. The hard side panels in the back made sleeping in the back seat ruff on long road trips.

    I'll miss you big brother!

    Hate to Do It

I don't want to pay to have my Stang shipped cross country once again...California is the perfect dry climate to make her last just about forever. If anyone in CenCAL LX is interested and can give her a good home PM me.

What a beautiful survivor! They are getting more and more rare each day. Look at the condition of that original paint -- very very few remain in that condition. It has to go to a trusted home who will appreciate the car an honour the gentleman who so lovingly cared for it.
