Dynatech SuperMAXX hi-flo cats are crap. After only a mere 3000 miles they imploded on themselves. Now I’m off to see what can be done.
What is in these piles of crap? PAPER?

Wow! Are those the Powercats?
Just curious what tipped you off that they were "imploded"? Smell, Sound, Power decrease? Thanks

Welcome to the illustrious club of blown Dynatechs![]()
After doing some reading it looks to be a common thing and forced induction dont seem to help. lol
I went through 2 dynatect cats on my previous srt8. They are made of ceramic internals. I have pics on them stuck in my exhaust tip...piece of junk! I'll post them when I get home.

I think their powercats are metallic - which may hold up better if you can replace with them.
