I've got two non-refundable reservations at the Holiday Inn Morgantown PA, I need to sublet:

The rates run $100 per night, plus taxes.
I have two rooms reserved for three nights each: 4, 5, and 6 June (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
I can't make the race.
If you want one or more of these rooms, PayPal me $250 per room for the three nights and you'll check in on me and save $100 per room.
I'll sublet one or both rooms, first come, first served.

OK, I talked to the Hotel Manager, Monique Williams at 610-286-3000. All you need to do to use my reservation arriving on 4 June and checking out on 7 June is one of my confirmation numbers. The room and taxes are prepaid. To stay the night of 7 June, you need to call her and make your own reservation for the 7th.

One room sold to NHDave and one prepaid room left. $250.00 for the 4th, 5th, 6th of June at the Morgantown, PA Holiday Inn, checking out on the 7th. You can extend your stay via separate reservation if you wish.
