I will be trying out for a Speed channel show

I will be going to CMP next week to time trial for a TV show that should air On Speed this Fall. it will involving Muscle cars against Import tuners. at this point Im not sure how much info to reveal other than I have been accepted and will be doing a Time trail to see if I am fast enough and if I am right for their show.

I am not going to be a contestant but a cast member. The import drivers will have to beat me and other muscle cars to move up . It pays $10,000 to win The Name of the show will be ARE YOU FASTER THAN A REDNECK I just hope to make a good showing. where I might have the opportunity to find some sponsorship.

ok, that right there sound freakin awesome. Congrats on getting your foot in the door. Now just hammer down and do what you know how to do. Can't wait to see the outcome.

I bought my street tires for the show. Continental extreme contact DWs 285/30/18 I bought them from a guy who was sponsored by Conti last year doing time attack in a highly modded SRT4. He claims to have never being beat using these tires
they cost about $300 + ea I got them for $100 ea still have the stickers on em.

You need to play the part if you want to be on the show.
