E-town 3-2-08, slip slide in away

Well E-town is not quite ready for prime time! The new surface is like ice, I spun my new DRs through second gear all day! Best I could muster was 13.0 at 112.2. Hopefully they can get some rubber down and prep the track better in the comming weeks. One bright spot today was HemiBeeSteve hooked up for a 12.3 something, great run Bro there were some very fast track cars having some scary rides today,also lots of cars there. I'm going out to eat and drink some wine now! see everyone in the comming weeks. later Bill

dang, sorry to hear...we had the same at MIR yesterday...seems it may take a couple weeks of vht seeping into the cement. Gets old knowing you feather, you drop load on the TC, you load the tc, you say prayers to the stick ferrys, etc...

Thanks for the report! While I'm sure I would have had fun, turns out there was lots waiting for me to do here to get ready for calif.

I'll be at that track sometime this year, not the 22nd but hopefully not too long after that.
