    Do you Program your D/R Size @ the Track?

    just curious on how many people quick adjust their tire size when they get to the track for the Drag radials.

    i always have the predator with me, but never have.
    aside from the speedo being off, are there any positives or negatives to changing or not changing?

    I went into limp mode on my first 2 burnouts last saturday. After I changed the tire size with the Predator no more limp mode...
    Jeff (budoboy) was having the same problem a few weeks ago before he tried changing the tire size.

    never felt the need for it. you still have to turn the ESP off either way or the difference in front and rear tire diameters will freak the ABS out.

    I used to when I first ran DR's but then I forgot a couple time's and it made no diffrence so I don't bother since.


    Worlds first N/A stock motor LX Mopar 11sec.1/4mi. pass! Best SLB 11.660@117.63 1.70 60ft.
    Now Cartek equipped new best! heads, cam, ported intake 3,975#RW 11.071@126 1.51 60ft.

    I've never changed the tire size. The only thing it effects is the spedo, right?

    i think so, but im not sure,
    i asked because i remember some one saying that it can mess with the TCM enough to where it runs different line pressures during the shift because of what size tires it THINKS you have.

    i dono, just curious is all
