What is your rotor life like with those pads? You can't be running the stock rotors with a pad like that.
I've been through a couple hubs front and rear. I noticed having more brake pad knock back when scrubbing slicks more than hearing any noise. The way I check them is to remove the brake pads and bolt the wheel back on and feel for tightness.
I don't know for sure. This will be my 1st time using them. I know of a few guys running ST-43 which are in the middle of ST-41 and ST-42 with stock srt calipers and rotors. I'll be using Stoptech calipers with R1 concept rotors. With EBC blue stuff I get 5 track days. From what I've read as long as you keep the Raybestos pads hot they won't destroy rotors at a rapid rate. Track only pads and that's what I plan to use it as.

I did loose a front bearing last time on track, same side that caught fire. I bounced through a hard left after loosing traction. Within two laps I heard the bearing howling. Pete (fnkyckn) brought me a bearing/hub assy and got me back on the road.
Can't do any better than having a chkn around!!!

I'm ordering 2 for the front right now. They are not bad on my car but as you said it's only a matter of time. I'd hate to miss a track day because one gave out during a session.

$60 each shipped!
Spares will be in my track pak from now on, its getting too heavy for a "car" to carry...
Just ordered wheel bearing.
Hope it stops that front end falling off sound.
Please post your impressions after you get these on the track. I am curious how they compare to the EBC Blue as I just installed them over the winter. I am still running stock SRT8 Brembos but have added the titanium backing plates and cooling ducts/fans/backing plates.

Bump. feedback? I've been off the LX grid for awhile.
My hubs were still going strong after 3 + seasons on track. But thats a minor miracle. I replaced them as part of my rebuild. Great find on the new front hubs... I sure as hell paid more than that. Not even rockauto can touch that price. almost makes me want to stock up.

The pads are lights ahead of Blue Stuff for track purposes. I've become way more confident in my brakes and go a lot deeper into the braking zone. Fade is a thing of the past with these. The wear is about on par with the blue stuff but I'm way harder on the brakes than the blue stuff so that may have to do with it. I've gotten 1400+ degree rotor temps after switching. They are just the same on the rotors as blue stuff. 4-5 tracks out of the front and since I've been racing I have not had to change the rear. The st42 on the rear are at 75% pad life after 4 track days. From the pad description it has the best high temp wear out of the formulas available. The downside is the price. ST41 pads for my front stoptech calipers are $299 and rear are $240. Blue stuff you can get for half the price. If you are not going balls out on the track blue stuff is enough IMO.
My front hubs are still ok as well. I have the spares just in case.

gaaaah... no.
The motor was done in Feb. I actually drove it. Once. I'll tell the story when its over. Lots of extenuating circumstances. Mostly brought about by the meltdown of SVS.
when the suspension is finished, the roll bar is supposed to go in. I've been off the car so long I almost don't want to do it. It'd be enough just to get it back and drive the thing for a while.
