    Another year, another goal. 8 second class accomplished!

    No not in my SRT-8, but in my '68 Camaro.

    After lots of delays, bad weather, canceled races, etc., I finally made my first passes in the completely rebuilt Camaro drag car last night.

    I still think I can shave about .10 to .15 seconds, but for now, I'm pumped:



    Yes - I'm in the left lane. 60' time was 1.230 seconds. Easy room for improvement there.

    As good as the SRT was, this is a whole different thrill ride.

    Guys who have drums of racing fuel in their garage are hard core.
    Nice afco shocks btw. I *almost* have the kinks worked out of mine.
