I just got my superchips and have a problem I pluged it in the care and it says I need an update. I log on and it didnt send my activation code. which I never got . I called them todat they fixed that problem. I logged on and installed the updates they provided and plugged it in the car. And it comes back updated needed with a code. Anyone eles have this same problem? Calling tommarow again let see what happens but I am staring to feel like I got a $500 paperweight

your car needs the update not the Superchips...

you need to go to dealer or have a member with a StarScan that is local to you update your PCM and your TCM

Well after 7 days of games I ended up send the programmer to superchips. They are claiming for some reason the programmer wont update. My car has the lastess update from the dealer. And when I would attempt to update the programmer all I would get is that there is no calibration for my vehicle. When I talk to superchips they say there is one. So after 7 days they want the programmer. My best quess is theres something worng with the programmer? So I figure there going to manualy programmer the programmer? I dont know. They seem like a good bunch and are trying to fix the issue. I used them when they first came out in 1995 and had nothing but good things to say then and now. But as you all know you want what you want when you want it. Keep you posted.
