    OK the big question

    If we have a solution as far as mechanical wise for the front transfer case blowing up under massive loads of torque. will the computer freak out? I dont see how it could be any different than the problem that was solved with the rear gears for RWD's. Any help is great, answer this and I will try my best to solve this problem.

    Well, only one has blown up. Are you sure you are solving a real problem? The computer has no sensor connection to the transfer case.

    I just want to know all the info, and be prepared so if it does happen, i am able to get back on the road ASAP. i just dont want it to happen to me, and then i have to find people who are willing to do it and wait all the time for it to happen with no car. Ya kno?
