    KW V2's installed on AWD

    Before:

    After:

I can probably bring her down a bit more, but wanted to be on the conservative side at the advice of some others that had some rubbing issues with the recommended height.

Thanks again to HHP for the quick delivery and great service as usual.

And thanks to MrHemi2U, bklynMag and Johzmgnm for helping with the install!

Yup... it looks like you could lower it a fair bit more without any issues. Lookin' good though!

Yeah, LowGo's slammed onto the ground, more or less. Did you keep it up high due to your style of driving or needs?

Either way... good show. Thats got to be a sea change in handling for that car. How do you like the suspension? Did you snug the ride up tight or let them stay softer?

Went with KW recommendation for AWD. 3 turns rear, 1 turn front.

Art had some rubbing issues with 20's and the offset he had... my 20's don't stick out as far as Arts but they do stick out beyond the fender a hair.

My shocks were shot, so its a huge handling improvement. much stiffer.

Thanks LowGo... Do you have the V2's? What do you have them set to...

Did you have to roll your fenders or anything?

My drop was two inches all around and has settled slightly,I am still running 18" and have to watch steep curbs. Looks good but looks like you can safely drop more if you choose to.

Looks good!...welcome to the KW club! I have set my ride height a couple times now. I started with about an inch and a half gap with my 275/40/20s. It cornered fantastic and was great at the track for keeping the front end down but it was a little harsh, especially for the rear seat passengers. I have brought it up a smidge a couple times and have settled on 1 3/4"" in the front and 2 1/4"" in the back for a little forward rake. Both my daughters have voiced appreciation for this adjustment. I like the look better with the forward rake as well, it kind of looks SRT8ish now. It is a little looser in the corners but a better fit for all of my driving. I have got some spring rubbers to keep is stiff for my runs at the track. No rubbing issues at any of the ride heights I've tried.

I would definitely suggest getting to the tight and twisties as soon as possible and burning up a couple tanks of gas!The KWs really turn these cars into sports cars for handling!
