I have a KW V2 kit on my AWD Magnum and I can't get the alignment in spec. I've found a few companies that make control arms, offset bushings, etc. to correct this problem, but only for RWD LXs. Does anyone know of a source for AWD components?

This is why I'm scared to lower my car. I've found the same thing you're finding now. All the camber corrections are for the RWD LX's. The only thing you could really try at this point is adjust your coilovers up so your car doesn't sit as low. But I know that defeats the purpose of buying a $1600 set of coilovers.
You might wanna try and PM DarkC and some other AWD LXers that have their rides lowered and see what they may have to say. I know DarkC has a fairly decent drop and the same coilovers you have.

I don't know of any available solution to bring the alignment into specs. After I installed my air suspension, I had my wheels aligned. They couldn't bring them within specs either. But, after 2 years with the air suspension, I have not noticed any excessive tire wear or negative driving characteristics. I know that's not a solution, but it may help alleviate some concerns over lowering your AWD.

Well not to steal his thread, but I have the same situation with my other car. I have an 86 volvo that i did a 1.5 inch drop on and there is absolutly no camber adjustment there. Tires wear fine on it.
Actually with a negative camber (top of the wheel facing in) you should get better handling characteristics through turns. But that would be on a big negative camber setting.
If the car is only a few degrees off from spec, you really dont have to worry too much. I used to do alignments at a garage and I got them as close as possible (old style alignment setups suck). I've even seen the same car a year later at the garage and never saw or heard the cusomter say that he's having excessive tire wear.
Crap, I just talked myself into lowering my carNIIIICCCE!!!

I have lowered my AWD V-6 with KW v-2's and the alignment shop I use was barely able to get the alignment into spec. But after almost three years of driving (with tire rotations every 6000 miles) I have never had any tire wear or pulling issues. Looks great and handles like a dream. I have my rears set at highest adjustment, and the fronts at 5mm above the lowest adjustment. Very slight rake and about an inch lower than a stock RWD Magnum.

yup Better handling is true!!
Best example are F1, look at their wheels you can clearly see that the cambers are negative. but again !! Not like they are really concern about tire wear,
Yeah the few degrees that a lowering kit adds to the negaive side of the camber setting will not rapidly wear the inside of your tires. As long as the toe is set correctly on the car, you should be fine.

I have just done the post-KWv2 alignment and camber is out of spec too. Front was close, but rear is completely unadjustable. I have found a site:

I did not find anything there but I sent them an email regarding out AWD chargers. They

^^^ apparently he clicked the Submit button a little early and forgot to edit his post to finish what he was saying ... lol
When I had my Eibachs installed I took it right to a shop to have it aligned and was told that the rear camber was a bit out of spec (too much negative) but that it was as close as it was gonna get and that when moving the suspension geometry changes and cancels out some of the alignment "wrong-ness" ... how true that is I don't know, but I'm not having any issues with tire wear or pulling to a side or anything ...
