    Rotors

I would like to get drilled and slotted rotors. Can anyone suggest which ones I should get? How big can I go with the stock brakes? Thanks in advance

R1 rotors are great. Customer service and communications is great too. Highly recommend.

You can only go with stock diameter brakes unless you want to dish out for different caliper brackets and then calipers (more than likely).

I installed R/T calipers and rotors. Much better stopping and a better feel, but you can not use 17"s with the bigger rotor caliper. I think there is someone selling a set of front R/T calipers in the For Sale section.

No the V6 and the 5.7s are different.
The 300C 5.7 and the Dodge Charger R/T have the same brakes. the rotors are bigger than the V6 brakes so you will need to replace the calipers and the caliper mounts as well to make them fit, also, the 17 inch wheel will not fit on the front due to the size of the rotor and how the caliper/mount sit. you can order a reman unloaded caliper with mount from kragen for about $100 each and use those rotors and pads.

Thanks Joker. Not sure if you can see it, but those R/T calipers are polished.

Yes, they get dirty as it rained here today, but they will clean up pretty good, I put a good coat of car wax on them and that seems to work well.

Thanks guys. I don't have to worry about them fitting on the 17" since I have 20s...Is the swap to the R/T callipers difficult?

Not at all, very simple. Remove your stock caliper bolts (x 2 each side) and remove calipers, disconnect brake line from caliper, pull off your caliper mount (x 2 each side), remove rotor (slides off, may need some influence) and install the R/T parts in reverse. Make sure you bleed your brakes afterwards and before driving. If you do this and need any help or pictures of anything, I have plenty. You will love the upgrade in braking.
