Is it just me or do I get the worst mpg's ever in my 3.5! My dad has a Hemi that does better on mpg! Is there anything I can do to improve it?I have dual exhaust and drive around 65-68.

4spd with 20/22" rims will suck for mpg .. that's a given..

Notice big difference between running my 20's and my 17's ..

you have a smaller motor pushing the same weight so you have to open the throttle more to get it up to speed.

I get 17mpg mixed hwy and city driving (a bit heavier as its awd) but as far as i am concerned thats is still good for such a heavy car. Have you done plugs on your car yet,checked the TB lately maybe it needs to be clean which can attribiute to poor gas mileage.

Like MOL says the hemi has more power to move the car than a 3.5 would...

Exhaust, Pred, or big TB.... i noticed a difference when i put my 17s back on for winter and stored the SRT 20's, MPG doubled easy at least. I will admit the car is a lot more pron to the rear coming loose with the winters on... time for a no donut tune i guess....

Depends on how much money you want to spend, and how far you want to take the Mods........

The cheapest way it to go back to your stock wheels and/or remove weight from the car.........

Exhaust,CAI, and Diablo Predator tuner are usually the first mods people do.......

after that, you can look at a Polished & ported Throttle Body,Polished & ported Lower intake manifold, headers, Nitrous, Turbo/Supercharger,Cams,Heads, or even a 4.0L stroker motor...........but then you are starting to talk about serious money.......
