You should be able to find header bolts at a local auto parts store. You also have mail order from any of the vendors on here or places like Summit, Jegs, etc. I don't recommend using the stock hardware because, from what I know, "header bolts" are typicaly a better grade steel with better locking strength. The stock pieces are probably weaker and therefore, a few extra dollars for a little peace-of-mind is worth it to me. There is a great write-up on here about a header install on a 3.5L Charger and pictures for the install can be found here. Hope this helps!!

Jus take one of the bolts into home depot or lowes and have them match it up i dont think that the stock bolts are the right length and on top of that from what Ryan was telling me he didnt think that the bolts supplied were very good. pay attention to the gaskets as they are not the greatest either.

Try the stage 8 locking bolts. They work great for me.

You may want to call down to JBA and get that answer from them directly... if you are nice enough... they might send you a set for free... they are in San Diego...

Thank you Bigal470
All the ones that go from the headers into the block were the same size on mine...

Dude you still didnt get these installed? I remember the PMs months ago. Want me to mail you a set of bolt... seriously. The bolts are all the same. If you are having a hard time getting a few in then its probably the bolt binding on the gasket. I've found it easiest to put the 2 end bolts in first (loosly) and then work the other bolts in. Get the FelPro gaskets from NAPA. They are better then the ones JBA sends and better and cheaper then the factory ones. I've also never had a problem with the bolts binding on them at all.
