How Many 4 spd People buying Preditor?

I just got the PM from PPP about the group buy prices and asked the question again about transmission adjustments on our cars (4 spd tranny). I know there are a lot of good tuning options on it but sure hope they have the coding for ECU#2 since that's what controls our transmissions. My wot shifting sucks.

Yeah, I just got the PM and replied asking if it will work with the 4 spd. Since I wasn't sure if we got a definite answer. I'll def. get one if it's compatible.

I was going to get in on the group buy, but I think I will wait to see what actual features are on the unit, and what the actual gains are.......... and if it will adjust the 4 trans I have.............The PM I got said the tuning options will be the same as the V8 tuner..........we'll see..........

Diablo hasn't announced anything on their site yet about the release of the V6 Tuner....................and I know a few guys locally who got in on the Hemi Predator group buy that waited.....and waited..........and waited............for that to be released. I don't feel like having money tied up in something that isn't out yet when I can be spending it on other things.............

Same here. Once they are released I will by one but I really dont want to have my money tied up. Especially when I dont know what the gains are along with options for the 4 speed.

Yea the 4 speed questions aren't being answered. I replied to their pm about the group buy prices several days ago and got nothing yet. If it wont help with our transmissions then it's only half a tuner for us.

Ok he said the question has been answered many time. I guess I just couldn't find it. After serveral PMs and him saying the trucks are like our vehicles with the integrated transmission controller in the PCM here is the bottom line:

Shift firmness is controlled in the pcm as it is a part of tq management. The SRT's have no control over shift firmness as the tune already has the firmess updated, but the 5.7's have a shift fiirmness selection that you can increase or leave alone. It is too early to tell exactly which way the v6 tuner will go.

I need to have a confirmation about the 4 speed trans being included (not just omited) in the tuner configuration before I will drop my $$$.

The 4-speed does not pose an issue. Diablo tunes mustangs, camaros, trucks, not just the srt8 and its transmission. The tranny is not going to prevent them from supporting 4-speed customers.
