I understand your frustration certainly. In spending quite a bit of time communicating with them to make sure the write up I have done is accurate, I have learned a little more about how they do what they do....
They essentially have to hack the code of our PCMs to put the power of tuning into our hands. Mopar has in some cases gone to great lengths to keep anyone out of their code, and then does stuff like remove software options entirely in some cases (EG: Removal of the TCM's autostick upshift disable in '07 cars - can;t do it, software switch was removed).
The number of headaches and unforeseen consequences is great. It's a lot like taking a step forward and two back sometimes. At any rate, I hear you, and understand what you are saying.
The best bet is to stay on them, and that's ALL V6 folks, because if they know there is a large market of V6 people ready to place their money on the table, your tuner will get more attention.
Everybody has to eat, and I think that with the huge burden in labor hours it takes to develop this type of tool, they have to "go where the money is" sometimes.
And when I speak to them next, I will be sure to try to further your cause.
