    diablo updates

    does the update version 1996 apply to us? how do i know if the updates do? do you try to download them and if it doesn't work it's for a different vehicle?

    There aren't any updates for the V6 Predator at this time.

    You can always PM DiabloSport to check.

    Send me some oil Alberta folk... I'll refine it myself

    I just emailed Diablotoona with my feedback on the beta tune and recommended that they release it.

    The beta is not a huge change but it seems to fix idle speed problems.

    I emailed Johan from Diable and he sent me modified 89/91/93 tunes that may help the idling issue. I was able to fix the revs at idle, but I still have the rev surge at start up that I hope the 'new' tunes' will fix.

    Why PM them, you can just check on their web site. Under downloads you can see if there is any new updates. I just checked and I didn't see any new updates for the V6 Predator.

    The "beta" 93 tune sent to me does NOT address the startup rpm surge. If it doesn't get fixed by next winter, I will go back to stock. No way in hell I want such a prolonged high rpm at startup before the oil starts to flow in super cold Canadian winters!

    The 91 tune I received yesterday from Johan has resolved the high rpm at start up and the hanging rpm when coasting at over 1500 rpm.

    I must have an earlier version of the beta tune then. I know it was the first day that Johan asked us to email him our tunes.
