Why the wires? Hasn't it been shown shorties can harm the car? (or is that unfounded still?)

Hurse, there is an excellent spark plug replacement "how to" in here. It has pictures and everything. I used it on my previous 300C and it was right on.
Rather than tell you to search and weed through the 150 threads that you get back, here's a link to the one I used --> Anyone have a "how to" for changing your plugs and wires
As far as the plug wires go, I would assume you just need 16 wires, unplug one at a time, and there's basically no way you can screw that up.....well maybe do it sober just in case lol

Thanks for the info everyone. I did try searching for for a how to, but I couldnt seem to find one.
Butweet, im not close to the 100k mark but Im getting that nasty p0300 code now. My baby is in the shop awaiting a verdict. Im just hoping they are gonna tell me that its my plugs. If it is, then I can change them myself, i just couldnt locate a how to on the v6's since everyone i seem to know says its a PITA.

Yeah you have to remove the intake manifold to get at the plugs. Its alittle complicated. More time than anything I would imagine. Let us know how you make out.
