Well i took it for a spin, but i didn't get to crazy with accelerating - i had the wife & kids with me. I did notice a deeper tone out of the dual exhaust...Tomorrow a.m. on the way in to work i'll give it the real test! "OH YEAH!"

I believe the red tab should be pointing towards the flow of air.

I took a look at it today and its facing up just the way it was when i took off the stock assembly. I just got home from work, drove the car hard- "so i could hear CAI at WOT" and didnt notice anything? What should i be aware of if its not pointing towards the flow of air?

    Braddah Jay,

I'm not trying to get you all paranoid or anything like that. I just heard that if you have it turned 90% from what its supposed to be then you will not get as precision sensor readings as you are supposed to.

    Good eye Moon.

MooNDoGGie is right. The red tab should be pointed to the front or to the back not straight up. When you look down the barrel of the intake you should see the blue part of the sensor not the black plastic holder. It's not a major issue but it's something.
