Does anyone know how much oil would be in the oil pan w/o it indicating on the dip stick? Thanks in advance.

If you measure the dipstick, the mark down to the add mark is 1 quart. You know what its supposed to hold full, so there is probably 2 qts or so reading on the dipstick. I'm pretty anal about oil, so if I'm down half a quart, I'll top it off. Luckily neither of my hemis move on the dipstick between 5,000 mile changes. I have had Japanese cars that used a quart every 1,500 miles even new.

I agree. 2 quarts low. Although if it's not touching the dip stick it could be anything from 2 quarts low to bone dry.
funny i ran across this. just the other day i was checking my oil, and it was right at the "add" mark. i thought this was kinda strange as it had never been that low before. i realized that i did let another shop do my oil change when i got my car inspected. maybe they fubard it all up. i dunno. so i went out bought me 2 quarts of oil and added one. sure nuff, 1quart brought me back to where i needed to be. sorry to jack, just though i'd share.

Yes, 1 quart low after an oil change is common.
