2006 SXT Trac Control, ABS Lights Help

So my 06 SXT is just over the 87k mileage and my Check Engine, ABS, Trac Control are all lit up like its december 25th!

Im pretty car saavy, but Im looking for some help...hopefully someone has experienced the same and could help me out:

Has anyone heard of the Brakes making a "groaning" sound and the pedal actively pushing back? Pretty sure its the ABS taking a crap, should I turn off the ABS or is there a quick fix?

Also, my transmission seems to slip out of gear then re-engage ....now I know what that means (new trannny), but would the christmas tree im sporting have anything to do with this?

    Please help!

I'm not too tech savvy but have you bothered to diagnose problem with a scanner? Maybe the scanner can better diagnose your problems. Also, have you serviced your tranny yet?

With the tranny issue and the way our traction control etc all work I would think them to be related for sure..

I have the EXACT same issue with mine. I've replaced the left rear speed sensor after have code run on it.
    Codes were:
    c1043-LR Tone Wheel
    c1027 LR wheel speed sensor
u0126 Lost comm with SAS module

    I get a key dance code : 1417

The replacement of the sensor did nothing.

Hope this isn't considered a hijack, since we have the same exact prob....
I've looked far and wide for answers to no avail.

Hopefully we can figure it out.

Far from a hijack if you ask me
