On your 2.7 anyone have an issue with consistent rough engine idle i fear that it may be a problem thats bigger than the dealer thinks it is !as

damn i switched to 89 and that helped ALOT but still get it a tiny bit think a can of seafoam in the crankcase and gas tank is in order?

just hit 40,000 and smooth sailing here as well..i run a bottle of chevron with techron fuel sytem cleaner right before every oil change though also..that and mobil 1 synthetic keep it right..

I just done a full synthetic change on mine and I think it's running even smoother. Seems to have a little more pep too, by the but dyno.

may have vacum leak, or injector o ring,while running spray carb cleaner around all vacum hoses and fittins and around each injector, see if idle changes.

DO YOU MEAN THROUGH THE TANK OR THROUGH THE DEALER AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT RUN ME IF IT WAS THROUGH THM??

HOW WOULD I DO THAT ON A 2.7 WHERE EXACTLY DO I SPRAY

i'd start with the less intrusive procedure and just add a can of cleaner to the tank. many rave about the marvels of seafoam. (never tried it myself)
