Unhappy 2.7L engine always wants to fail when started after night brake

Hi everybody and a Happy New Year!

Buddies I have bought my car quite recent at the end of this summer in August almost in September. So it was pretty hot then, but the temperature began to decrease already. And at the first week or two when I started the engine from the night brake it worked with no problems. But as soon as the temperature decreased a little the engine is always gonna fail just as it has been started. It's RPM low to 0.7-0.8 and it almost fails just as the car increases fuel supply and gases so RPM rise to about 1.3-1.5 rapidly. Just as it's done this procedure repeats. So it makes about 4-6 of such cycles before the engine begins to run stable at 1.2-1.5 (don't remember exactly) RPM.

Taking into account that we have very very bad gasoline in our country what else can be the reason of such engine starts? What can you advise me?

I know with my car (which is a stroker 7.0L motor) when I start it and it is cold I let the water temp warm up at least to 100* F before I move the car and let the oil temp warm to 130*F before I get on it and drive it hard.

No, no, no. I mean my car is in park yet. It occurs just as I started the engine to warm it before I drive. So it is when the engine is idle running. This cycles last for about 10-20 seconds when I just started it up. And today unfortunately during one of such cycles the engine failed for the first time. So I had to start it again. It really disappointed me.

I think I'll make a video post tomorrow to show it as it is.

P.S. It was -3* C today when I started the engine.

OK, thanks for advise. I'll try it. My friend has also told me that the reason of this may be gasoline.

I would say different gasoline and/or a treatment to ensure there is no water in the tank.

If there would be any water in the tank then it will perform those cycles all the time and not only at the cold engine start. So, it's probably gasoline.

As I told you before this is the video of my cold engine start:

I have already filled the tank with 89 octane. I'll see what it will be tomorrow morning.
