180 degree t-stat
Jet chip stage 2
B&G PCM
upgrade brake rotors and pads
suspension (from SE to SRT is affordable)
after that whatever floats your boat.

i had asked this question a few months back when i purchased my jet chip 2 but fellow members said that us v6 mags didnt need the 18o T stat.. dont recall exactly why but let me try to search for this thread..
2005 Magnum 2.7- K&N Intake, Single Flowmaster40, 20"TSW Vortex wheels, Goodyear 245/45/20, EBC slotted/drilled rotors, EBC Green stuff break pads, Clarion DVD/IPod Head Unit, Fog Lamps, SRT8 Front Grille (bought from Dennis), Heated folding mirrors, Stealth Bulbs (front turn signals), Debadged front and back, Removed side moldings.

I would think, that just like any other engine, it may boost the timing a little bit.....Not much, but it all counts in the end.
