I have a Mac based laptop and was trying to record some logs for a tune and the program will not recognize the tuner once the USB is plugged in. I do have Windows XP on my Mac so I thought that would work, but I guess it doesnt. Is there anything I can do or something I am doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mine works fine running XP under Parallels. I needed to use the menu bar at the top of the screen to give XP control of the USB port. Also, I needed to install the USB>Serial driver on XP and reboot.

What do you mean USB>Serial Driver? The program works fine, but it just wont recognize when I plug the USB in. Will try your suggestion later. I greatly appreciate it.
The USB to Serial port driver allows your computer to use the USB port to connect to the Predator handheld's serial port in serial mode. Without it, your computer will probably not know what protocol (it will try to use either USB or serial neither of which is correct) to initiate synchronous communication.
I got it to work kinda. I had to install the latest build via the update screen as I had build 3014. Now it says I need to install the software from the mini-cd I was sent. My MacBook doesnt allow mini-cds so how did you get yours to work???
