    Danko Rear Widebody for Charger

Now that I'm finished with the front fender moulds, I'm kicking around once again the idea of making a rear widebody as seen in the 2009 danko charger renders, but I was thinking now that people would want it wider than the stock rear quarters unlike my original plan of just making the top part fatter. If I was to do this, how much wider should I make the rear? seems to me like it should be between 1" to 2" wider to hold some fatter meats on the back.

1 1/2 seems to be a compromise size, but would that make it a hard to work with number - are even numbers the easiest to work with? Is there a size that would make everyone happy? the 12" guys and the 10" guys? 2" is quite a bit and would require lots of rim. What width does ToPo do really?

I think anything less than 2" (overall average) is a waste, not enough of a visual impact to justify the time or money.

I think you should do 2" all the way instead of staggering the measurement.

OK, now that I know topo did 3", I'm more comfortable with 2". The top measurment is irrelelavant since I'm going for a different look, more of a vertical squarish quarter.

The nose will be worked on at the same time as the rest of it, I really need to do them both together to get the feel of the entire car. Also, I should mention that the rear is a piece of cake of a job unlike the nose.
