    Three students struck by hit and run driver

    Precinct 4 deputy constables say a gray Dodge Magnum drove around the school bus on the right hand side, plowing straight into the three teenagers. The driver then fled the scene. All three teens were hurt, but Garcia suffered the worst injuries.
