Pictures - SCLX 10/11/08: Viper Days

One of Space City LX's dealership partners (Tomball Dodge) was sponsoring the recent Viper Days event, at Texas World Speedway. They invited SCLX to come along and hang out with them in the pit area, for the day. The owner of Tomball Dodge also races his own Viper and took a few of our members around the track in a ride along, in a ChargerSRT.

SRTBEE's Bee looked great against the back drop with the yellow stripe, viper emblem, etc.



They had a couple of Vipers out there for Sale and the red/black Viper ARC on display.

Eventhough it was a Viper Days event. They were also letting other drivers test and tune as well. Here is a Porsche 911 getting ready to enter the track.

I drove this course in the early 90's. It had just been resurfaced by its new owners. It was a thrill. I was unaware that the oval is a twin of Michigan Int'l Speedway.

Thanks for posting that Rob. I have already seen that picture, and hopefully Dodge will make this Chally/Viper. I am going to hold off on ordering my Camaro until I know for sure Dodge is going to make this car. I love the Viper motor but can't fit in a Viper, lol. But I do fit in a Challenger, lol. I would have to repaint it in B5 Blue as I am not a fan of Red.
