Opinions on Montreal-Area service dept's?

There are a few Montrealers on here, as well as some folks from the region.

Can anyone recommend a dealership to stay away from, when it comes to service of any kind (I'm talking oil change or warranty)? To this moment, my Daytona ownership experience has been extraordinary, and I don't want it ruined with any bad service experience.

The actual sales experience at Longue Pointe (Langelier and the 40) was outstanding but I have no idea what to expect from the service department. I'll probably hit them for the first free oil change sometime next week, but if there's any reason to avoid them (or anyone else), let the info be known!

Old thread i know, but always usefull to know.

I have had only great experience at laval chrysler. Honest salesperson and service. Nothing negative to say about them.

I would advise that you stay away from excellence dodge chrysler in st-eustache. Walked in, great sales lady but they don't have computers at their desks so they can't even tell you the prices of things. Anyway, long story short, they played with the contract and weren't honest. I wanted to cancel the order, no problem there but they really dont want to refund my 500$ deposit. Now i have to go through legal procedures to get it back.

We should open a tread about shaddy and good dealers, not just service departments.
