With the population base in Quebec I'm sure you will have no troubles

Get some QCLX cards made up and start taggin every LX you see(list a link to LXForums. and maybe your email address on the first batch.
Maybe only 2-5% will respond to you but thats a start

I saw that magnum again... my bad you were right it's a dealer's car but it has a bolted on x-plate.
