    Where to buy speakers?

Think I may have blown my drivers side speaker. In the event that I need to buy a new pair, any suggestions as to where I can get some decent prices? I dont know a thing about the car audio scene, so I figured it's worth asking. The closer to North York the better.

    All the best!

Not sure your exact setup but will assume the base 4 speaker without the factory amp since yer an 06 3.5 like me ..

Went to Best Buy and got Alpine S series SPS619 (think that was the model) 6x9 for the doors and used a set of fosgate 6x9 in the rear that I had (plan to change those to the S Series as well in spring.

You can add the 3.5 to the dash as well by tapping in behind the deck or checking for pre-existing wire in the holes.. (some seem to have others don't).. Used JBL 3.5's as I didn't like the other options that they had..

Over all sounds great, have since changed the headunit and aded a pair of 12" subs but the speakers have remained the same so far ..

OOPS.. should still be 6x9 in the doors.. maybe pop the panel to double check as an incase..

Websites will all say 6.5 but are geared towards the upper factory vs us base system guys..

Haha, I CAN fit 6x9s, and will opt for that. Popped off the panel, and it's a sure thing.

Still, Im sure there has to be somewhere with better pricing than BESTBUY and FUTURESHOP, I mean, they mark up everything!

Yep but easy to add and make a decent difference to even the base setup..

If you are in no rush and can wait for delivery from the states, have a look at this site. Their prices are real good.
