About LinkBacksTravelling east on BLoomington side road at noon today, minding my own business in my MSRT8, when Frank Poncherello stepped out in the middle of the road and waved me down. Frist thing he said to me was my breaks were smoking and that he could smell them....not true!
He dingged me for 70 in a 60 zone after some negotiation. He tried to tell me he could smell my breaks as he handed me a second ticket for improper ownership documents. One sided photo copy. I have the original at home.
All in all $150.00 in fines with no points. I will dispute, generally results in some form of reduction.
I was actually on route to the Chrysler dealership in Uxbridge to return my 2002 Jeep Cherokee which was coming off lease. Told them the story and they gave me a break on any penalty for minor wear and tear ...
