    Powder coating my Boss chrome rims?

    Hi,

    I would like to powder coat my Boss 20" rims but the problem is there chrome. Does anyone have an idea as to how much I'm looking at to have this done?

    wheel wizards is a rip off. I went to TEFLINE I think it is called on North service road in burlington. They sand blast off the chrome then zinc it to stop rust then powder coat it any colour you want. $80 a rim for cash I paid. Came out awesome and they were great guys to deal with.
    Mods : - Rd n Trk, Red Halos, HID, Volant Cat Back, 25% tint, pouder coated black stock wheels, Black Gorilla lugs. MOPAR Honeycomb grille, BT Can.

    I have dealt with Carcones in the East end of the GTA a few times in the past & the work is A++++

    I will also be sending my SRT 20's to them for a complete refinish, clean up the curb rash (from the previous owner) & high polish the blades & custom paint the insides of the blades, the SRT logo & inside the wheel (all colour matched to the cars exterior colour).

    Quick turn around & quality work every time.

    i just had my boss 304s that were black chrome powdercoated locally in gloss black. i will snap a pic at lunch as i just put em on the car last night

    First mod with every car I've ever owned is the rims, thankfully over 30 years driving I've never run one up on a curve. The front lip though is another story I actually ran it up a curve this morning, damn that hurt. Guess I forgot that I lowered it!!!!

    keep in mind i have not added tire shine yet. got em back from powdercoat last night and couldnt wait to put em on

    how could you not stop at the gas station and get the tire shine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol................. just my OCD!!! ha -- they look great -- I have had a b$tch of a time with my stainless lip on my 304's and that would solve my problem for good!!
