    The passing of a local artist

    Two or more years ago, the lead singer for the band Jack Soul, Haden Neal, was hit on the streets of Toronto by a car while he was riding a moped.

    His injurys was very bad and he almost died from them at that time.

    He was a fighter and was recovering, and it was looking good that he may make a come back.

    While he was battling his injurys, they found lung cancer, which after all that he had been through, he did not have the strength to fight. Now he has lost the battle, and passed away.

    Hazel and I have been big fans of the band and have meet Haden, he was an outstanding person, and will be missed.

    I know that Jack Soul has a new CD coming out on Dec 3rd, and I for one will be picking up a copy of it to help support Haden's family.
    He is leaving behind a wife and kids.

    I heard he left guelph U to follow his dream of music,won awards for his music too.
    very tallented man.

    Yup, his music was original and had a great funk to it. I for sure will be picking up the new album!
