When I go and get the SXT on Saturday (hopefully), I'm gonna try negotiating some parts and install. As the price of the car is pretty good already, and with me putting $15K down, I would think my chances may be ok.

I know it wouldnt happen, but I'm going to see first if he'll give me some winter tires (good luck I know!). If not, I read that a rear stablizer bar from the R/T's is a good investment. Would anyone happen to have the part number on it, and possibly the cost?

I was thinking of fog lights as well, but may do that on a later date.

Have the dealer do anything you want BEFORE delivery, then it is covered under the vehicle warranty. (as long as you get a reasonable price)

I agree with 70GT6...get everything done now. My dealer didnt charge me (or very little) when they installed a bunch of little things I ordered when I bought the car (illuminated door sills, car cover, uconnect...etc.) When you are getting the car, its your best time to try and get them to throw some of that type of stuff in as well at a reduced price.

Hmmm.... the illuminated door sills sound interesting. You dont happen to have pictures of them do you?

I dont want to push it too far with my requests. It is a used '05 at a good price already, dont really want to ask for a bunch of free things (just a few.. haha).

headlight switch/dimmer i believe...if thats what you're asking? if I use the dimmer, the door sills dim with the interior lights...any more info than that I have no idea, like I said the dealer installed mine...all I do is hand over money, its what Im good at
