Thumbs up Oakville Chrysler-nag service and more

After switching to Oakville from Brampton things are getting done.

No longer am I greeted with attitude when there's a problem or query. After speaking with Anthony(service mgr)
and the first oil change was done, a list of things are being addressed properly.
Straight off I felt sooo much better and look! a tie rod needed to be replaced!! quelle suprise!!
    Done with the oil change.
First off transmission was service spot on,done in a timely manner and all tsb issues and the previous seal replacement where checked.
Strikers for the rattling rear seats are going to be replaced AND All 4 RIMS refinished due to blistering!!

This was all accomplished without the deer in the headlight look,no hummin' and hawwin' ....he didn't even blink!!

So cheers to a better customer relations and service
    cheers to Oakville Chrysler!

All Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep service departments should always offer the best in service to anyone no matter what. That is what gets repeat customers. The customer should always be satisfied too, no questions asked.

    Congrats on the good service!

Your striker issue may persist unless they have started coating them. What alot of us have found is that a little hockey tape wrapped around the striker makes the rattle go away.

I was told there was upgrade for the striker,no sense to replace them if that's the case.

When not going to Eastway for all the special things, Lockwood Chrysler in Oakville has always been good to me since I started going there and my wife swears by them for her PT Cruiser.
